At Labelwala.store, we take pride in producing custom fabric labels and patches designed exclusively for your brand. Every order is made-to-order with the highest quality standards. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have outlined our return, refund, and replacement policies below.

1. General Return Policy

  • All fabric labels and patches are customized based on your approved design (woven, printed, satin, cotton, embroidered patches, etc.).
  • Once digital mockups are approved and production has started, cancellations and returns are not accepted.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong order size, change of mind, or incorrect details provided by the customer.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for approved custom orders, since every piece is specially made for you.
  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The order is cancelled before mockup approval.
    • We are unable to fulfill your order due to unexpected production issues.
    • You have received a defective or wrong product and replacement is not possible.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

3. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

  • Products damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect product, weave, or color delivered compared to your approved design.
  • Manufacturing defect (such as printing errors or missed details).
  • Wrong quantity supplied compared to your invoice.

4. Process for Return or Refund Request

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID, invoice copy, and clear photographs/videos of the product issue.
  3. Our quality assurance team will review your case and respond within 24–48 hours.
  4. If approved:
    • We will remake & reship your order at no extra cost, OR
    • Provide a credit note for future use, OR
    • Process a refund (only if replacement is not possible).

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom labels and patches after design approval.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or washing errors.
  • Free sample kits and discounted promotional items.

6. Shipping Costs

For eligible cases, Labelwala.store bears the shipping cost of replacement. If the error is on the customer’s side (such as wrong details or design shared), the customer will bear the re-production and re-shipping charges.
