Yes. We share a clear sample image on WhatsApp for review and approval. Once you confirm, we move into bulk production.
No fixed MOQ. Whether you need 50 labels for a small drop or 50,000 for production, we can help. Smaller batches cost slightly more per piece.
Labelwala is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment over WhatsApp.
The price we quote on WhatsApp is the price you pay. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no surprises at delivery.
Starting at ₹1.50/label for woven, ₹0.80/label for printed, ₹0.70/label for care labels. Final pricing depends on quantity, size, material and design complexity.
UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and major debit/credit cards. We typically request 50% advance on order confirmation and 50% before dispatch.
No setup fees for standard sizes and weaves. We don't charge for sample previews. The price you're quoted is the price you pay — nothing extra.
Quotes are typically exclusive of GST. We provide a proper GST invoice for every order so you can claim input credit if eligible.
Send us print-ready artwork — we handle production from there.
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG (vector preferred), PSD, PNG, and JPG (300 DPI minimum).
No. You share the final artwork, and we manufacture the label based on your specs. We focus on what we do best — quality manufacturing.
Standard rectangular labels from 15×10mm to 100×50mm. Custom sizes, die-cuts and shaped labels are available — share your spec on WhatsApp.
Up to 8 thread colours per woven design. For unlimited colour, gradients or photographic detail, switch to printed labels.
Manufactured at our Ahmedabad facility, quality-checked, and shipped to your doorstep anywhere in India.
Standard lead time is 7 to 10 business days from sample approval. This covers production, quality checks, and pan-India dispatch.
Yes. We currently serve customers only within India. Pan-India delivery in 7–10 days from approval. International orders are not available at this time.
Yes — for tighter timelines (3–5 days), share your deadline on WhatsApp. We'll confirm feasibility based on current load and apply a small rush fee if applicable.
