It's a close ballpark — typically within ₹0.30–₹0.80 per piece of the final quote. Final pricing depends on artwork complexity (number of colours, fine detail), custom finishing, fold style, and shipping address. Send your artwork on WhatsApp for the precise quote.
A few factors the calculator can't see — for example, very fine line-art needs higher thread density (slightly more), simple 1-colour logos at high quantity get bulk discounts (slightly less), custom die-cut shapes and special finishes (gold thread, holographic, PVC) carry their own surcharges.
No. The estimate is the manufacturing cost only. GST (5%) and shipping (₹150–₹350 pan-India, depending on weight) are added in the final invoice. We're GST-registered — you'll get a proper GST invoice for every order.
No fixed MOQ. We accept orders from 50 pieces upwards. Smaller batches cost slightly more per piece (the calculator reflects this in low-quantity tiers). Pre-made labels can be ordered as low as 25 pieces.
Not yet — we currently produce in India and ship pan-India only. The USD / EUR / GBP / AUD / CAD options on the calculator are display-only conversions for international founders evaluating Indian sourcing. International export is on our roadmap; check back, or message us if you'd like to be notified when it goes live.
Yes — we share a free digital sample preview on WhatsApp before production. For physical samples (mailed swatches), we charge ₹250 per sample, refundable on your first order.
