Standard Nylon Taffeta (190T)
190 threads per inch, 65–70 GSM. Lightweight, softer drape than polyester taffeta, fine matte finish. The everyday inner label for activewear tees, joggers and athleisure tops where a barely-there feel matters.
Softer hand than polyester taffeta, slight natural stretch, and water-resistant with PU or PA coating. The label nylon-shell jackets, swim brands and athleisure lines actually want next to skin. From ₹1.00 per label.
Three nylon taffeta builds tuned for activewear, structured outerwear and stretch-fit swim & yoga.
190 threads per inch, 65–70 GSM. Lightweight, softer drape than polyester taffeta, fine matte finish. The everyday inner label for activewear tees, joggers and athleisure tops where a barely-there feel matters.
Tighter 210T weave at 85–95 GSM with optional PU or PA coating. Structured enough to hold its shape on rain jackets, windbreakers and outerwear hem tags — and the coating shrugs off rain, sweat and abrasion.
Nylon woven with 4% spandex for 15–20% elongation with full recovery. Built for swim cups, leggings, yoga and seamless wear — the label flexes with the seam instead of pulling against it.
Six reasons nylon taffeta out-performs polyester taffeta on technical apparel, swim and outerwear.
Nylon yarn drapes softer and feels less plasticky than polyester taffeta — a real difference when the label sits against skin under a sports bra or rashguard.
Spandex-blend variants flex 15–20% with the garment and snap back. Labels stop tugging on yoga seams and seamless waistbands.
PU and PA coatings give 300–1500 mm hydrostatic head — labels shed sweat and rain instead of wicking moisture into the garment.
PBT-friendly inks and tight 210T weave survive repeated pool exposure. We run an optional 8-hour chlorine soak test on sample labels for swim brands.
Coated nylon needs the right ink chemistry. Our solvent-locking pigments plus IR heat-cure deliver 4–5 grey-scale fastness through 50+ washes.
A nylon-taffeta inner label signals technical apparel — the same cloth family used by athleisure majors. The right shorthand for premium pricing.

Send your artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PSD, PNG, JPG) and tell us the end-use. We'll recommend the right nylon spec — uncoated 190T for indoor activewear, PU-coated 210T for rain shells, PA-coated for swim & outdoor. Quote on WhatsApp in 2 hours.
We share a colour-matched digital proof and, on request, a physical strip in your chosen weave. For spandex-blend variants we include a stretch-and-recover photo so you can confirm the label moves with the seam before production.
Printed and coated at our Ahmedabad facility on the nylon weave you approved. For swim brands we can run an 8-hour chlorine soak; for outdoor brands, a 48-hour UV-A exposure test — both photographed against your proof before dispatch.

Three nylon taffeta weaves, three coating options, and ink chemistry tuned for coated nylon — printed and finished at our Ahmedabad facility.
Softer hand, slight stretch, water- and chlorine-resistant — the right inner label for technical apparel categories.
Soft 190T nylon sits flat under sports bras, tees and leggings — no itch, no curling at the neckline after washes.
Yoga & activewear segment210T nylon with chlorine-safe inks and PA coating. Survives pool soaks without fading on bikini, one-piece and rashguard tags.
PU-coated 210T labels match the shell fabric of windbreakers and rain shells — water beads off the label too, not just the jacket.
Soft-stretch spandex blend moves with leggings, biker shorts and seamless tops — the label gives instead of pulling at the seam.
Tents, dry-bags, backpack straps, ski-pant hem tags — UV-tested coated nylon labels stand up to sun, rain and abrasion in the field.
Skin-contact OEKO-TEX nylon with soft-stretch spandex — comfortable enough for bralettes, soft-cup bras and seamless intimates.

Six questions activewear, swim and outerwear brands ask before they commit. Still stuck? WhatsApp us.
Nylon taffeta has a noticeably softer hand, better drape and slight natural stretch versus the crisper, stiffer polyester taffeta. Nylon also takes PU and PA coatings cleanly for water resistance, which is why activewear, swimwear and outerwear brands prefer it. Polyester taffeta remains the budget bulk choice — see our customized taffeta label page. Nylon sits in our premium tier at roughly 15–20% more per label.
Yes — with the right coating. Uncoated nylon is naturally water-shedding; our PU- and PA-coated variants resist 300–1500 mm of hydrostatic pressure, so the label won't wick sweat, rain or pool water into the garment. For swimwear we run an optional 8-hour chlorine soak test on a sample label and can switch to PBT-friendly pigment inks that won't fade under repeated pool exposure.
Our soft-stretch nylon taffeta is woven with 4% spandex and recovers cleanly after 15–20% elongation — exactly what yoga, leggings and seamless activewear need so the label moves with the fabric instead of pulling against the seam. Standard 190T and 210T nylon taffeta have minimal stretch and are better suited to jackets, swim hem tags and structured outerwear.
Coated nylon needs a different ink chemistry than uncoated polyester taffeta. We use solvent-locking pigment inks formulated for PU and PA surfaces, followed by an infrared heat-cure pass that crosslinks the ink to the coating. The result is colour fastness of 4–5 on the AATCC grey scale through 50+ wash cycles, including chlorine and perspiration exposure.
Yes. Our nylon taffeta base cloth and pigment inks are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class II compliant — safe for direct skin contact in activewear, lingerie and soft-cup undergarments. We can also supply a PFAS-free water-resistant coating for brands selling into EU, US and Indian markets that screen out forever chemicals from their supply chain.
No fixed minimum. We run nylon taffeta orders from 200 labels upwards for first drops and sample collections. Coated variants (PU, PA, chlorine-test) carry a 500-label recommended minimum because of coating roll setup, but we're flexible — message us on WhatsApp with your spec and we'll quote.
