No. Our soft-touch satin is ultrasonic-cut — edges are heat-sealed and smooth, with no scratchy folded edge. Inks are heat-fixed with soft-hand binders rather than thick plastisol, so the printed area stays flexible. We routinely supply soft-touch satin labels for kidswear, lingerie and intimate-wear brands where no-itch is a hard requirement.
Same base fabric — completely different decoration. Printed satin reproduces full CMYK photographic detail, gradients and fine illustration that woven simply cannot do (woven caps at 6–8 thread colours). Woven satin gives a heritage tactile feel that lasts the life of the garment. Choose printed satin when colour, detail or photographic logos matter.
Yes — on our double-faced satin base. Both faces have the same smooth sheen, so you can print your logo on one side and care symbols, size or a story tagline on the reverse. Centre-fold double-faced satin is ideal for hanging brand tags, loop labels and seam-loops where both sides are visible.
No fixed MOQ. We accept satin printed-label orders from 100 labels upwards — perfect for first drops, sample collections and capsule lines. Smaller batches cost slightly more per piece, but unlike screen printing there's no plate setup, so 100 pieces is genuinely viable.
