Custom automobile and workshop uniform labels — grease-resistant woven back patches for mechanic coveralls, OEM-compliant chest patches for authorised service centers, woven employee-ID name tags and industrial-laundry-rated care labels. Built for petrol, diesel, grease and 80–90°C degreaser wash. Manufactured in Ahmedabad. Multi-dealer dispatch across India.
If you're rolling out coveralls for an authorised car/bike dealership, running a multi-brand service-center chain, supplying tyre-fit centers or stitching industrial workwear for an OEM zone — these labels are tuned to the chemicals, the laundry programme and the brand audit you actually face.
Tata, Maruti, Hyundai, Honda, Mahindra, Bajaj, TVS and Hero authorised dealer-workshops. OEM-spec chest patches, locked brand-book Pantones, samples signed off before bulk to pass the OEM brand audit.
Independent multi-brand service-center chains (myTVS, GoMechanic, Pitstop, Carzspa). Workshop-name back patches, mechanic name + role tags, dispatched to each branch in your hub-and-spoke network.
MRF, Apollo, CEAT, JK and Bridgestone retail/tyre-fit networks. Sponsor-spec patches, dealer-name woven labels, ready-to-sew tags for franchise outlets across India.
Stitching units producing finished coveralls for OEM dealers and industrial buyers. Labels arrive ready-to-sew, batch-matched to OEM brand books, with full traceability per dispatch.
An automobile workshop is the harshest single-environment workwear sees in India — engine oil, brake fluid, petrol, diesel, grease, paint solvents, then a 90°C industrial laundry cycle with alkaline degreaser to strip all of it back out. Off-the-shelf patches built for retail garments don't survive this. Ours are spec'd for it from the ground up.
The cheap "embossed rubber" or PVC OEM patches workshops get from generic suppliers literally peel off the coverall after 8–10 weeks. Petrol, diesel and brake-cleaner solvents dissolve the adhesive bond. The patch is on the floor by month three, the OEM auditor flags it, and the dealer-principal pays a fresh ₹200/coverall to redo the whole batch.
Woven patches with merrowed-edge sew-on or heat-bond construction. No PVC, no rubber backing, no glue line for solvents to attack.
OEM brand teams visit dealer service centers quarterly. If the Maruti blue on the chest patch is off by even half a shade — too purple, too greyed — the audit report goes up to zone HQ and the dealer-principal gets a brand-compliance flag. Local suppliers don't have the colour-matching equipment to nail it consistently.
OEM brand-book Pantone lock + signed sample. Recipe is signed off by the dealer-principal before bulk and locked on file — every batch passes the OEM audit thread-shade for thread-shade.
Mechanic coveralls need a big readable workshop-name across the back panel — typically 22–25 cm wide. Local printers do A4 max and the workshop ends up with three small patches stitched in a row, looking budget. Bay supervisors and customers can't read the workshop name from across the floor.
Large-format woven back patches up to 25×15 cm in a single piece. Workshop name visible across the bay, with the OEM badge below on the chest.
Workshops use printed sticker-style name tags, or get tailor-embroidered each time someone joins. Sticker-style washes off in the 90°C alkaline cycle within 4–6 weeks. Hand-embroidery costs ₹150 per name and takes 2 days per technician — and technicians cycle in/out fast in this industry.
Woven (not printed) employee-ID + name + designation tags. Survive the full coverall lifetime. CSV roster in, ready-to-sew tags out at a third of embroidery cost.
An OEM with 40 dealers in a state — each dealer-principal sources patches from their local market. Result: 40 slightly different shades of corporate red, 12 different patch shapes, three different fonts. Zone managers spend half their audit time on inconsistent brand visibility.
Centralised supply with locked OEM recipe. One brand book, one supplier, one shade — every dealer in your network, every batch.
Industrial workwear vendors stitching coveralls for OEM zones get audited on supply traceability — which batch of labels went to which dealer outlet, in which dispatch, against which PO. Local label suppliers can't produce this paper trail.
Per-dispatch batch documentation. Each shipment ships with batch ID, recipe ID, dealer-outlet allocation and GST invoice — full traceability for OEM vendor audits.
A mechanic coverall typically carries a large workshop-name patch across the back, an OEM badge or sponsor patch on the chest, a woven employee-ID + name tag above the pocket, and a care label inside the side seam. We make all six together — and we never use PVC or rubber-back patches because solvents kill them.
The hero product — woven workshop-name back patches up to 25×15 cm in a single piece. Solvent-resistant, no PVC/rubber backing. Visible from across the service bay.

The questions OEM dealer-ops teams, multi-brand workshop chains and industrial workwear vendors ask most. Still stuck? WhatsApp us.
Yes — fuel and solvent resistance is the headline spec for automobile workshop labels. Mechanic coveralls go through industrial laundry programs at 80–90°C with alkaline degreasers and pre-soak in caustic detergent to break down grease. Our workshop patches use high-tenacity polyester base with bonded edges and chemical-stable thread shades that survive this cycle for 200+ washes. We avoid PVC and rubber-back patches in this segment because solvents delaminate them.
Yes — we manufacture OEM-spec patches for authorised dealer service-center programs. We need the OEM brand manual, exact Pantone codes, patch dimensions and the dealer-code template. We produce a physical sample for the OEM dealer-principal to sign off before bulk, so the patch passes the OEM brand audit visit. We've supplied multi-brand workshop chains running Tata, Maruti, Hyundai and Mahindra programs concurrently — each kept on a separate recipe file.
Yes — large-format woven back patches up to 25×15 cm are a standard product for mechanic coveralls. The workshop name across the back is the most-visible brand element on the shop floor. We can also do split-construction with the workshop name on the back panel and the OEM badge on the chest. Heat-sealed for direct sew-on, or self-adhesive backing for press-fit application.
Yes — woven name tags with employee ID + name + designation (Mechanic, Senior Technician, Service Advisor, Workshop Manager, Tyre Specialist) are bulk-produced from a CSV roster. ID + name is woven (not printed) so it survives the workshop laundry cycle for the full employment period. Useful for OEM audits where employee identification is a visibility requirement.
Low MOQ for a single workshop — start with 100 coverall back-patches plus 100 chest patches, or 200 pieces per design for woven labels. For multi-brand service-center chains running 10+ outlets, per-piece price drops at 1,000+ pieces; OEM dealer-network orders hit the best per-piece pricing at 5,000+.
Yes — for petrol-pump pump-attendant uniforms, paint-booth coveralls and welder workshops, we supply care labels rated for FR (flame-retardant) fabric care. Symbols specify no-bleach, low-temperature tumble, no fabric softener (which compromises FR treatment), and the fibre composition disclosure required by industrial-laundry contractors.
Yes — multi-location dispatch is standard for OEM dealer networks. Share a dealer-address sheet with quantity per outlet and GST address per shipment. Single PO, multiple deliveries, pan-India tracking. This works especially well for OEM zone-managers ordering a chain-wide patch rollout for 30+ authorised service centers.
Standard production is 7–10 business days from approved sample. For a fresh OEM workshop launch, plan a 3-week buffer including OEM sample sign-off. For a multi-dealer rebrand rollout — say when an OEM refreshes brand colours across all dealers — plan 4–6 weeks. Repeat orders against locked OEM recipes turn around in 3–5 days.
Send your OEM brand book and dealer-network list. Quote in 2 hours. Dealer-principal sample sign-off before bulk. Multi-dealer dispatch with full batch traceability.
